Whistleblowing channel 

CTAIMA establishes a Whistleblowing Channel to report actions or omissions that may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses, or violations of European Union law, as established by the Whistleblower Protection Act. It provides a fast, confidential, and secure communication of any suspicion of misconduct, violations of CTAIMA's Code of Ethics regulations.

CTAIMA makes available this channel, accessible from our corporate website, open to employees, collaborators, executives, business partners, and anyone with an interest for the compliance with the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, and applicable legal framework.

The purpose is to maintain a work environment based on compliance and CTAIMA's values, while ensuring the protection of privacy and confidentiality of reports.
